Global trade has always depended on visibility.

Centuries ago, that meant manifests, port records, letters of credit, and people stationed along trade routes to report what had moved and what had not. Today, the infrastructure is different, but the requirement is the same: if you are responsible for cargo, you need to know where it is.

That should not require a chain of emails.

AIC Adjacent Integration Company has launched shipment tracking for AIC freight movements, giving clients a direct way to follow cargo from port to port through the AIC website.

The release came from something we kept hearing from clients. They wanted a cleaner view into shipments already in motion. Not another dashboard to learn, and not more software sitting between them and their freight. Just a better way to answer one of the most basic questions in logistics: where is it?

We have been steadily building more of that visibility into AIC.

The work started internally. Better shipment management, better documentation, better access to tariff and routing information, and better systems for keeping track of what is happening across a movement. Tracking is the first part of that work clients can now interact with directly.

There is a broader reason we care about this.

Freight forwarding sits in the middle of one of the oldest commercial systems in the world. Goods leave factories, cross borders, move through ports, change hands, clear customs, and eventually arrive where someone needs them. Every handoff creates information, and every gap in that information creates uncertainty.

A modern forwarder should be good at moving both.

For AIC, technology is not a separate product line from logistics. It is becoming part of how we operate the logistics company itself.

Our clients asked for better visibility.

Now they have it.

AIC shipment tracking is live now for active AIC shipments.
