For regulated chemical cargo, provide the SDS, UN number where applicable, hazard class, packing group, packaging, labels, commercial invoice, packing list, origin, destination, dimensions, weight, and requested delivery timing. AIC coordinates classification inputs, documentation review, and packaging and labeling handoffs with qualified partners.
Route review, coordination, and common rejection risks
Ocean, air, and inland options are reviewed subject to cargo and carrier acceptance. AIC coordinates intake, document review, route planning, booking handoffs, visibility updates, and delivery coordination. Missing or inconsistent SDS details, incomplete transport descriptions, unsuitable packaging, incorrect labels, late documents, and unconfirmed carrier acceptance can delay a movement. For a shipment review, send the SDS with product, route, quantity, packaging, dimensions, weight, and timing details.
